Timeline Major Dates

Understanding the typical recruiting timeline is important to your successful search. Recruiting for girls soccer starts early, with coaches making verbal commitments as early as freshman year (fortunately still a rarity). The timeline below includes the major dates of which you should be aware.

Sealing the Deal
Jul-Aug   Coaches go to admissions for "Early Reads"
Sep-Dec Official visits start after 1st day of classes Ivy League schools send out "Likely Letters  
Jan-Jun   National Letter of Intent Signing in Feb
