Elite College Sports has teamed with a select group of College Advisors who can offer you additional personal services. These services include helping you with the complicated college admissions and athletic recruiting process.
JM Sports Management - Tony Mohammed - Based in Massachusetts

Senior Partner Tony Mohammed joined the JM Sports Management team in the spring of 2017. His coaching career spans 18 years at some of the most academic elite colleges in the country including St. Lawrence University, Vassar College, Carnegie Mellon University, and Wellesley College. During this time he worked at various college ID camps including Stanford University, Dartmouth College, Boston College, and Connecticut College. His deep understanding of college recruiting landscape lends itself to both sides of admissions process. He can identify characteristics college coaches seek in prospective student-athletes and understands the criteria/standards used in evaluating viability for admission. Tony will draw on his experience and utilize best practices in order to help student-athletes navigate the recruiting process with the goal of finding success at the college level. Connor College Consulting - Based in Oregon

As a former elite college athlete, Kathy Smith Connor specializes in working with high school student/athletes looking to pursue their sport in college. Her passion for college consulting combines her psychology training, a love of working with teens, and her organizational and management experience to empower and encourage high school students in the sometimes bewildering and often arduous college selection and admissions process. As an independent college consultant, she acts as a guide, coach, and advocate for students and their families throughout their college admissions process. Her goal is to reduce a family’s stress and increase clarity and confidence as you navigate the entire journey together.
A graduate of Stanford University with a B.A in Psychology, Kathy had a long career in educational travel before completing her College Counseling certificate at UCLA’s highly regarded College Counseling program. Additionally, Kathy competed for Stanford Women’s Swim Team on a full athletic scholarship. During her 4 years at Stanford, Kathy won 21 NCAA All-American awards and was the 1986 Pac-10 Scholar Athlete of the Year. She was a member of numerous U.S. National Teams from 1980 to 1987, was an alternate to the 1980 U.S. Olympic Swim Team. Students considering playing a sport in college also face the added stress of athletic recruiting. This includes identifying the appropriate NCAA Division level of play, recommending best fit college teams, developing effective communications with coaches to maximize interest and understanding NCAA academic standards and recruiting rules. She builds a young person’s independence and initiative by walking through a strategic and methodical series of steps with faith, humor and perspective, ultimately selecting and securing admission and all available financial aid to an exciting and best-suited college for each student.
